$250 600-2000 square feet.
$300 2001-3000 square feet
$50 for each additional 1,000 square feet.
Payment can easily be made by using Paypal or paid at the door by cash or check.
You will receive a written Inspection Report with my findings and any recommendations to correct any defects or issues.Most reports are turned around within 48 hours, but please allow 72 just in case. If you attend the home inspection you will be informed at the end of the inspection of any concerns or defects. You won't be kept in the dark.
