We typically go to the doctor or the dentist for routine tests and physicals in hopes of maintaining our health. We even hook up our cars to diagnostic tests to see what it is not running properly. My annual home maintenance check takes approximately 1-1.5 hour of your time, and I want to help educate you about your house and any issues before the problem even starts. You will be given information concerning preventive maintenance.
Here's a list of what I check from roof to basement.Home owner will receive a written report with my findings and how to fix the issues. I can even provide a comprehensive study on what it would cost to repair and rehab any issues. This service is a feasible study and is $350. The study is more in depth and requires calculations and cost study and pricing of any issues in the home.
